Timothy & Amanda will meet at your home or space. During this 2-4 hour meeting they will tour your home and listen to your needs, wants, and desires. They will also ask you questions, such as: How do you want to feel in the space? What activities are you wanting to in enjoy here. What is your budget? This will help them set a clear scope of work for your project so that they can send you a complete proposal and a realistic timeline. This is truly a special service, due to Amanda specializing in the interior design and Timothy specializing in the construction and build. No need to go to a designer to then wait and then got to a builder. This will help you set your home goals and know exactly what it is going to take and what it is going to cost.

COLOR & FINISHES CONSuLTATION

Stumped on what paint colors to choose? Need direction with materials & finishes? WE GOT YOU! Let us come in and help direct you to a beautiful palette for your home , office, shop, or space you are designing.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

Know what you want but need it drawn? We can also do that. We can provide a full set of construction documents for your renovation or remodel .

REMODEL & RENOVATION

Kitchen, Bathrooms, & Additions

Design Fee : Our principal designer, Amanda will work with you to design a home or space of your dreams. Each client is different; some clients prefer 3-D renderings while others prefer a floor plan with a corresponding furniture and materials board.

No matter your preference, we will create a personalized design package with furniture, materials boards, and specialized items based off your needs, wants, and desires.

We provide a complete drawing set for your project — this includes floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plan, & electrical plan.

Ordering, Installation & Implementation (hourly rate): After the design is approved we move into the implementation process. We will order all finishes, fixtures and lighting. Once these building materials have arrived, Tim, our building expert and project manager will begin demo and construction.

While demo and construction are in process, we order the furniture, rugs, art and accessories for your home. We will store these until the construction is completed. When everything has arrived we will schedule an install with our highly skilled install team. This maybe a 1- 5 day install based off what your space needs. Amanda will be there at all times directing and styling to perfection - every step of the way. Meanwhile, Tim will be installing any custom details designed for your home. We will also bring in all subcontractors needed to complete your design in this time frame as well.

REFRESH

This is what we call a one room makeover using furniture, fixtures and decor.

Maybe your room would benefit with just few new furnishings, rearranging and some artwork with some perfectly placed plants. This is typically a simple few day process, that is quick and simple yet impactful.

E-DESIGN

For do-it-yourself, or out of state/country:

E-Design allows you to implement the design(s) as your time and budget allows. You will get a step-by-step guide that includes a floor plan, a coordinating mood board with furniture, fixtures, lighting, accessories, textiles, and shopping list. This comprehensive packet will also offer tips and tricks on how to style and implement like a pro.

Contact us for an exact price. E-Design services are priced room by room starting at $500. If you have multiple rooms we can bundle them to get you a better price ;). We will need a few things from you to get started, such as photos and dimensions of the space, as well as any items you may want to keep or incorporate into the your new design. We can work with you virtually to accomplish your goals and transform your room.
